Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Authors are strongly advised to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the following guidelines. Non-compliance may result in the return of the submission and delay in the review or publication process.

General Requirements

During submission, authors must ensure that their manuscript meets the following criteria:

  • The submission must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other journal. If under consideration elsewhere, this must be disclosed in the “Comments to the Editor” section.

  • The manuscript file should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or OpenOffice format.

  • The article should include the following main sections:
Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Analysis and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

  • The manuscript must be written in English, with an abstract not exceeding 300 words, and a total length of 5,000–10,000 words, including all elements such as references, tables, and figures.

  • If submitted to a peer-reviewed section, authors must ensure the document is prepared for double-blind review (no author-identifying information within the text).

  • Tables, figures, and illustrations should be appropriately placed within the text and formatted according to the APA (American Psychological Association) citation style.

  • Submissions not adhering to these requirements will be returned for revision prior to review.

Content and Structure

  • Title and Author Information:
The first page must include the manuscript title, author’s full name, institutional affiliation, and contact details.

  • Abstract and Keywords:
The abstract (maximum 300 words) should summarize the objectives, methodology, main findings, and implications of the research. Include three to five keywords suitable for indexing and search purposes.

  • Main Text:
The manuscript should be well-structured, following a logical flow from introduction to conclusion.

  • Citations and References:
All in-text citations and references must follow the APA (latest edition) style. Use citation management tools such as Mendeley or EndNote to maintain consistency.

Ethical and Technical Requirements

  • Plagiarism Limit:
Manuscripts must not exceed a 19% overall similarity index, and no individual source should contribute more than 4% similarity.

  • Formatting and Style:
The final formatting of accepted manuscripts will be handled by the editorial team to ensure consistency with journal standards.

  • Language and Clarity:
Authors should ensure that the manuscript is clear, coherent, and professionally written. Proofreading is strongly recommended before submission.
